Translation

Our approach

Our translation services are backed by our own strict quality control procedure. It is used for each and every translation you entrust to us.

We begin by choosing a specialised translator to work on your project. We would not use the same person to translate a legal document, a medical article and a text for a watchmaking magazine, for example. Once the translation is complete, we pass it to a proofreader, who checks it meticulously and hones it until it is perfect.

All our translators hold translation qualifications. They specialise in one or two precise areas (finance, law, watchmaking, pharmaceuticals, etc.). They only ever translate into their native language. They use specialised software (e.g. Trados or Wordfast) to develop terminology databases, guaranteeing that terms are used consistently.

Certified translations

We can also provide certified translations.

To produce a certified translation, we will need to have the original document. A sworn translator cannot certify a translation as being true to the original without having seen the document. However, if your request is extremely urgent we can produce a certified translation from a photocopy.

Website translation

Provide your website content in Word format, and we will translate it for you. Alternatively, we can translate the website itself directly online. To do this, we will need access to your CMS (Content Management System).
